Sparrow Durham
I write and record songs in a band called Sparrow Durham. Sometimes the band is just me. Sometimes the band includes lots of other people. And sometimes Sparrow Durham is the man singing the songs. Either way it takes all the pressure off “me” and puts it on the shoulders of an alter-ego. Sort of like when you have an embarrassing problem and you ask someone’s advice a la the ol’ “A friend of mine has this problem,” routine.
